• Pre-existing tools, templates, systems, code libraries, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of Abdul Automates.

• Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final deliverables specifically created for their project.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our proprietary systems or internal methods.

7. Confidentiality

We respect confidential business information shared during projects and will use reasonable efforts to protect it.

You also agree not to disclose confidential methods, pricing, or proprietary materials belonging to Abdul Automates.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific revenue increases or business results

• Compatibility with all third-party tools or platforms

• That third-party services will remain available or unchanged
